Article 1 — Overview
This Refund Policy governs the purchases of GeoScan Credits (tokens) and other digital services of the ScanAnalyzer application, provided by X6 Geo Plus IKE (through Noetic Lab).
These terms apply in addition to the Terms of Service.
Article 2 — Legal Framework
- EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights
- Greek P.D. 131/2003 and Law 2251/1994 (consumer protection)
- Greek Law 4933/2022 on digital services
Article 3 — Right of Withdrawal
3.1 General Rule
Under EU law, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, without justification.
3.2 Exception: Digital Content
Important: Per Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(m)), the right of withdrawal is lost for digital content that:
- Is delivered not on a tangible medium (e.g., tokens, software downloads), AND
- Performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent, AND
- The consumer has acknowledged that, with this consent, they lose the right of withdrawal.
In practice for ScanAnalyzer: When you purchase GeoScan Credits, you accept their immediate crediting to your account. Upon crediting, you lose the 14-day withdrawal right.
Article 4 — Permitted Refunds
Despite the above exception, X6 Geo Plus IKE refunds in the following cases:
4.1 Technical Error
Proven technical error of the application that renders purchased tokens unusable, e.g.:
- Tokens not credited to account
- AI system down for >72 hours
- Bug that consumes tokens without corresponding service delivery
4.2 Incorrect / Duplicate Charge
- Duplicate credit/debit card charge
- Charge without corresponding token credit
- Charge after order cancellation
4.3 Non-Delivery
- Tokens not credited within 24 hours of successful payment
4.4 Service Non-Conformity
Per Greek Law 4933/2022 (Article 11), if the digital service does not conform to the contract, the consumer is entitled to:
- First: restoration (correction) of the service
- If not possible: proportional price reduction or full refund
Article 5 — Refund Request Process
5.1 Submission
Send an email to grdetectors@yahoo.com with the subject "Refund Request" and the following information:
- Account name and email
- Invoice number
- Date of purchase
- Amount
- Reason for request (detailed description)
- Screenshots / supporting evidence (for technical errors)
5.2 Submission Deadlines

Article 6 — Request Processing
6.1 Response Time
We will respond to your request within 10 business days. In complex cases, this may be extended to 30 days with notification.
6.2 Refund Execution
If approved, the refund is processed within:
- 14 days from approval (Article 13 of Directive 2011/83/EU)
- To the same payment method as the original purchase
- As a separate transaction (not a chargeback)
6.3 Tokens After Refund
If a refund is approved, the corresponding tokens are removed from your account. Partial refunds for already consumed tokens are not possible.
Article 7 — Cases of Non-Refund
No refund is provided in the following cases (beyond 4.1-4.4):
- Change of mind or simple disappointment with AI analysis results
- Consumed tokens (already used for AI actions)
- Tokens revoked due to Terms violation (Article 13 of Terms)
- Wrong purchase (e.g., wrong package) after crediting
- Mandatory account deactivation due to violations
- Free tokens given as bonus / promotion
Article 8 — Tokens Policy (Summary)

Article 9 — Disputes
9.1 Amicable Resolution
We always seek to resolve any disagreement amicably before resorting to formal channels.
9.2 Out-of-Court Resolution (ODR)
You have the right to refer to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform:
9.3 Consumer Ombudsman

9.4 Court Action
If amicable resolution fails, the Courts of Athens, Greece have jurisdiction, per the Terms of Service.
